now that the CVS access control is done(*), this is high on my list  
of drupal.org infrastructure improvements for the project.module.  if  
anyone has a lead on sponsorship for this work, please let me know.

access" tab.  see http://drupal.org/files/issues/cvs_access_new- 
ui-3.png for a screenshot.  it's still an auto-complete field, even  
though safari 2.0 is no longer showing the little circle...
