[development] LDAP Addressbook: Taking over

Hi all,

I thought about making a LDAP addressbook module and I created a project,
afterward I found a project with the same name but it's very outdated.

I contacted the main developer who redirected me to another but still none
of them is willing to continue, as far as I see.

So I wanna take over that project and continue from their code base.

I hope you can help me.
