This layout is most likely unusable for Drupal as it uses the  
following trick to ensure equal height columns:

#container {
   overflow: hidden;
}
#container .column {
   padding-bottom: 20010px;  /* X + padding-bottom */
   margin-bottom: -20000px;  /* X */
}
#footer {
   position: relative;
}

This is known to cause problems with anchors for which there is no  
real fix:
