[development] Looking for a maintainer for attachment and filemanager

Dear all,

I'm looking for somebody willing to maintain Attachment and / or Filemanager.

Latest commit by the maintainer March 1 (2006) and a long issues queue
lead me to believe the modules are unmaintained. I've send an email to
ccourtne on Aug 13, but have not received a reply (and I don't want to
wait longer).

Everyone interested, please mail me or reply to this message and I'll
make you the project owner.
