[development] seeking maintainer for the chatroom module

hi all,

due to developments in my personal and work life, i've decided to step
away from drupal development (chatroom and otherwise), for the
foreseeable future.

i won't have the time take the chatroom module to the next level, so
i'm seeking a maintainer to take over the module.
