[development] Updating drupal.org to Drupal 6 release candidate

Views 2 is working, although there is still a need for handlers and a user
interface to be developed.
Also, at the moment, Merlin is working on Panels, but on December 31st, Beta
1 will be released and his focus will shift to Views.
