[development] Updating drupal.org to Drupal 6 release candidate

The following two have been maintained by 2bits for 2 release cycles.

So, we will do them for this cycle too.

Can you please confirm that what is in CVS is the latest used on d.o?

It should take about 10 days to get them ready.

There used to be a donation module, but I think this moved to the
Association
web site now, so no rush to move it to 6.x.
