[development] dww is away for february

hi folks,

most of you know by now, but just in case... i'm going to be on  
vacation for basically all of february.  to prepare for my absence,  
i've managed to complete a flurry of bug fixes and new features for  
project* and cvs.module in the past couple of weeks.  so, i think  
we're in pretty good shape with the release system.

thankfully, merlinofchaos has come on board as another maintainer for  
project* and cvs.module (not like he doesn't have too many other  
things to do already, but he volunteered, so how could i say 'no'?).

also, walkah has agreed to help maintain signup.module while i'm gone  
(my "other" module -- sadly unloved due to project* taking priority)...

diff.module also got some much-needed attention, and finally has  
4.7.x support:

i've unsubscribed from the other mailing lists (infra, webmasters,  
etc), and will unsub from this one as soon as this message goes  
through.  i will check my drupal inbox (this email address) a few  
times while i'm gone, so if there's some kind of major disaster that  
only i know how to solve, all hope is not lost. ;)
