[development] Provisionator module throws error.

Seems the module isn't officially released and you are using a dev version
(never a good idea for production sites, dev versions are often in "flux" or
possibly unstable). You'll see that that function disappeared at this
commit:

visionator.module?r1=1.8&r2=1.9

  When searched thru the code within provisionator module, this particular
function was not defined anywhere..
