Do you need to do this for a few sites as a one time thing? Or do you need
to do this
for a large number of sites and do it frequently?

If you need to do it for a large number of sites, check sympal scripts or
the hostmaster
application (contact bryght.com for access to it).

If it is just a few sites, then it is just a matter of setting directories
under sites/ for each
domain/subdomain.
