[development] Seeking co-maintainer for notify module

Hi Rob,

If you haven't found anyone yet, I would be willing to help.  I've written two
drupal modules - avatar_selection and faq.  Neither are very time consuming, so
I have spare time to help with patches, etc, if you want.
