[development] [drupal.org] big link on the front page

This sounds like a great idea, especially if we can get a number of people
involved so that it isn't totally reliant on the schedules of a few select
people.  I'd be interested in helping out/contributing as well, but
availability varies from month to month.

Kudos on getting this rolling.
