I have upgraded the Salesforce module to 5.x
(http://drupal.org/project/salesforce).

Please use the issue queue for the Salesforce module (specifying
version used, etc.) for bug reports.

Please feel very welcome to post feature requests also! We are
planning a great number of feature enhancements.
