yeah, i remember that.
hmmmmm. see, i think of it in terms of a dead-tree book (not the module).
There's all the (key)words that help create the index of a book. But if you
want to better organize the index and do so based on the major topics in the
book, then you create category sections.
So the taxonomy is the whole index of tags/keywords/categories/terms. the
vocabularies organize the terms into main sections of categories. the terms
themselves are the individual categories/tags/keywords.
I'm, btw, using the real-life way people refer to these, not the
technical/academic terms.
