[development] Drupal 6, beta 4, usability exceptions

Hello world,

as promised, here is a list of non-critical bugs that can still make  
it into Drupal 6 (assuming they hit CVS HEAD *before* November 30th):

  1. http://drupal.org/node/193333 - Add drag and drop to taxonomy  
module
  2. http://drupal.org/node/192736 - Add drag and drop to book module

That's it.  Other than that, there are plenty of critical bugs to  
fix.  :)
