[development] Drupal 6 beta 2 blocker issues

Hello World,

Here is a list of the issues I identify as blockers for a Drupal 6
beta 2 release. I would like to encourage everyone interested in a
beta 2 sooner to work on these:

Note that some of these might be RTBC at the time you look at them,
which should not discourage  you from looking into them deeply. Some
of the above issues were in an RTBC - CNW limbo for quite some time
now, so more eyes could always help.

Also, if others have *pressing* blocker issues which are not yet under
my radar, feel free to speak up about them!
