A two day international conference with Free Software as a principal
theme is announced on 14,15 December 2007 in Kerala, India.
Asia-Pacific contributors can avail travel grants upto $2000 from

Technical Papers are solicited. RMS would be addressing the conference
(pre-recorded) and would take questions from participants on a
real-time basis.
