[development] very slow Drupalcon videos?

I believe that this depends on which client is being used. The key for the
GetRight implementation utilizes a full url. Even if no other URL is in the
torrent (like the announce URL for the tracker), there is a full path to the
web-seeding directory. It should work, but it all depends on how the client
uses the data in the torrent.
