[development] Drupal 6.2 theme system standalone

Hey Bob, that totally awesome. I'd love to know how you got around hook
theme.. and I think a decent amount of work has gone into keeping various
drupal subsystems as pretty stand alone... basically the stuff in the
includes directory...

awesome to hear you're working with porting the theme system... I assume
we're talking phptemplate, cuz that stuff is just awesome.. Just remember
the licensing, and credit where credit is due :)..

/me points at Adrian and all the people in the room who have contributed to
Drupal's theme system over time.
