To get your stuff working, you could use workflow-ng and convert your
action to workflow-ng's API, which is very similar. (docs:
http://drupal.org/node/156754). Unfortunately the actions 2.x backport
conflicts with workflow-ng, so if you do so, uninstall actions 2.x
first.
