HI Sean,

I've put a module which integrates with views called similar nodes

http://drupal.org/project/similarnodes.

I wouldn't say it's 100% there, but it works fine on my setup, and on a
production site, so if you want to take a chance, I feel like it gives
you the best flexibility...
