[development] Error creating a release

Hello all,

I'm noticing this error when trying to create a release:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function project_project_access() in
/var/www/
drupal.org/htdocs/sites/all/modules/project/release/project_release.moduleon
line 212

Just thought I should raise a flag. Although it could just be maintenance
work on the site.
