...tells you that Paging (a rather small module) had no activity in the past
2 weeks, and there is 1 maintainer only.  If you find a bug, it's likely

a) you write a patch and that will sit in the queue.

b) you create an issue and there is only maintainer to respond.

...tells you that Panels (a large module) has more than one active
maintainer and the maintainers are active.  It also tells you that the
primary maintainer plays a key role, actively maintains the project as
leader, and the project is very healthy.  Good stuff to use on your site.
