I see lots of "increase reviews before project node" proposals here, but did
*anyone* of you *ever* review any single CVS application?


In case you did: Awesome!

However, you then belong to a very small group of people that I can probably
count on one hand.

This is where such proposals will #fail.

Even when the process is totally open for everyone.
