[development] build/deployment experiences or suggestions

Hello Everyone,

Happy 2010!

I've been researching different build and deployment technologies (phing,
xinc, hudson ci, drush make, phpundercontrol, etc).  Our requirements are
pretty minimal.  So, ideally, we would like just like to be in-step with the
majority of the Drupal community here--what do y'all use or what are your
recommendations/caveats?
