[development] Module suggestion

Thanks for reply.

All these module seems in initial stage.
Module question: is for the usage of asking questions to administrator, but
i want all users can answer the questions.
Module question_answer: have evident bugs, after fixed myself, can one of
the comment as answer only once. Can not change the selection after then.
Module custom_review: only one review can be submitted.
Module nodereview: For D6, only has development snapshot.
