[development] HI is there is any module for this?

HI i want to create a website that basically is for (biding's),only for
that.
i need the following stuffs:
1]user have to buy a bid first(which will be in some particular range)
2]next he can bid on items (note that there might be many users biding on
the same item)
3]the person who "BIDS" more(in sense,he bids the "highest") have to be
displayed(only his name) for all users those have there bids on that
particular item

Is there any module for this kind of stuffs??
please help me?
