[development] Newbie trying to add a link to the navigation menu

You have to replace yer-url by the url you have (prolly 127.0.0.1)  => 
http://XXXX/admin/build/menu-customize/navigation

The url might have changed under D7, but Site Building -> Menus -> List 
and then you click on Navigation
