[development] Introducing myself to the drupal team

Hi, I am a computer science student from India and I would like to participate in GSoC 2014 under Drupal .

I went through the ideas page and want to take up  the port disqus integration module to drupal 8 project (project number 9) . I have already gone through the links provided there and will be glad if anyone can guide me on this.

I have proficient  knowledge of Javascript and PHP .
