I got around adding a license to the book pages on drupal.org.  Check it 
out and revise as necessary.

Outstanding issues:

1. We should make it clear that by contributing to the handbook, one 
agrees to making his or her changes/additions available under the terms 
of the Creative Commons License, Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0.  This 
information is completely lacking!  Can someone update the "Copyright 
and licensing"-page to that extend and, if necessary, provide additional 
text for inclusion in the block.  Thanks.

2. As soon the improved revisions land in CVS HEAD, I'll improve the 
contributors page.

3. We should update/inform the community about these changes.
