[drupal-docs] Support in issues.

Hi there,

It has been discussed very often, but i think this 
(http://drupal.org/node/19738) proves that we might discuss this again:
Move the support out of the forums into the issues. 

IMO we should never have two places for support, so either one of them should 
close. 
IMO the abovementioned thread proves that issues are perfectly suitable for 
support. The status is now closed. A forum can never be "closed". The thread 
shows us how we solved the problem. WE could have even attached files, if 
that was wished.
