Very good idea. As categorizing can be done by anyone, it will be done 
eventually by the same kind folk who replies anyways.

Not all issue is handled, though. Look at http://drupal.org/node/2005, alas 
I did not had the time. BTW a rewrite rule so http://drupal.org/20005 would 
jump to that place would be handy, and I think it would not be that 
difficult... OK enough of me.
