I like the idea, but what makes you think that users will actually do
this? Just count the amount of bug reports and support issues posted in
the 4.6 RC thread, in spite of a clear notice that you should use the
bug tracker for this.
In my experience, people are much more familiar with forums, and will
post as soon as they see one anywhere. They rarely think about whether
this is an appropriate place to post.
