YES. YES. A successful format for these redesigns has emerged. It

Another fine idea. I think it is worthwhile dedicating at least .5 
developer to implementing those redesigns. You could use on of your own 
staff or contract with Drupal developers ... Chris' node form redesign 
has gone unimplemented for a while now.

   For example, I could argue with Drupal

> a picture of the large number of young women who seem to dominate 
> graduate work in user experience education to make my point.
