[drupal-docs] Task for Drupal documentation writers

It would go into the CVS, I suppose.  It's not a critical security bug 
fix, so it wouldn't go into 4.6.

At least, you know, that would seem to be the pattern.  ^.^  Sorry, I 
would've done it sooner, but server database crash and all that.

Do please check what is there, some of it I wrote very tekitou, very off 
the top of my head.
