Just asked Dries and he told me to patch against HEAD. So be it...

Please notice that every helptext inside drupal, needs a 
revision/rewording/rephrasing.. Most of them are written from another 
point of view (context) or are missing essential parts. So, if you feel 
bored.. ;-)

Personally, I would like to delete the big helptexts 
'?q=admin/$module/help', and make such information available on 
drupal.org (Most of that, is already available imo). But, I really 
would like to know what you guys think about that...

Again, whatever we decide todo, if needed i'll make up the patches to 
accomplish the endgoal of having better helptexts...
