By the by, the text from node/add#book, I believe this sentence is 
unnecessary: So when you have some information to share or when you read 
a page of the book and you didn't like it, or if you think a certain 
page could have been written better, you can do something about it.

This depends on everyone's configuration, but this text is hard coded 
into the book, so users without permission, for example, to edit pages 
that are not their own can see it too.

About line 814 in the book module.
