[drupal-docs] generating Drupal Handbook pdf's manually

Alas, I have not found this using Reader version 7. Maybe I can't handle it 
right.

Download from drupal.org, that's good. Putting a 1.8M PDF into drupal core 
is... hm... how to say? Maybe in a loud, screaming voice: nooooooo!
