[drupal-docs] Handbook footer

     I agree that it would be nice to have a highly
visible invitation for readers to contribute
documentation.

    I think that this should be incorporated into
the theme, or by some other mechanism than
actually adding it to the content.

    Otherwise the printer-friendly view won't
be very people-friendly :)
