[drupal-docs] Handbook footer

Change the print.css to add or delete the footer. I use my to add a header
so people will remember where the content came from.

One other thing a lot of wisdom is in the comments so when printing a page
it should be optional to include them. Maybe some regular way to redo the
pages with the pertinent information in the comments.

Right!  So, I have consulted with Steven.  He said Err.  ^.^

Out of his suggestions, a block would seem to be the easiest thing to
implement.  Almost elegant, really.  So that's what we'll do.  You can argue
after you figure out how to make a footer that won't interrupt the print
view and would only be on ONE book, not all books.
