[drupal-docs] Taxonomy documentation

Hi,

I'd like to bring to your attention the lack of up to date documentation
about the taxonomy system in Drupal core.

The functionality is quite a powerful feature of Drupal, yet its usage
is not well explained at http://drupal.org/node/22273

For example, the paths used in the documentation are now invalid (as
mentioned in the page comments) and there is nothing explaining the
quite useful facility of listing child terms to a certain depth with
paths such as taxonomy/term/[tid]/[depth] - something I resorted to IRC
to find out, but glad I did now!
