[documentation] URGENT: Please review upgrade tutorial instructions

Hi Kieran,

      I haven't reviewed this in depth (hopefully later tonight I'll  
have more time)
but there's a couple of (minor) things right off the bat - font size  
inconsistencies
in the first bulleted list, and missing graphics in some of the child  
pages.
