[documentation] URGENT: Please review upgrade tutorial

Hi,
There were some screenshots that I had originally
included next to certain steps, specifically for
phpMyADmin that I think got lost on the export. I
think if it would be possible to include these on the
drupal.org book that would be beneficial since it
helps visualize some steps. But otherwise looks
pretty good.
The font size was originally made bigger to make
"Basic Upgrade Steps" pop out to emphasize importance
but I agree that it looks kind of awkward since the
text wraps. Maybe a different color?
