[documentation] docs for tagadelic

I am a *huge* fan of tagadelic -- and with renamable blocks or (maybe 
better) *a php snippet* in the readme so one can put the cloud in any 
block or page, it would be *beyond perfect* (imho) -- and would love to 
help -- What should I do?

I'm in the midst of a rather challenging (and high profile) site design 
(tba mid-Dec), so my time is limited, but I could take a stab at a book 
page, if you like. (I'll include a custom-call snippet, too, if someone 
can pass one on to me.)
