Yeah I like that.  If I get time this week I will try and take a stab 
at reconfiguring this list into a table with an identifier for each 
guideline.  I will try and take a stab at the coding guidelines 
(http://drupal.org/node/318) at the same time.  However, I will not 
post these live until I get the go ahead from you and the mailing list.
