[drupal-docs] Hanbook page gone AWOL

 From the handbook, if you go to http://drupal.org/features and click on 
'detailed information' for Performance and scalability 
(http://drupal.org/node/282) you get a page not found.

I was starting to think about putting together some more documentation 
for the caching mecahnism, and figured this would be a good place to 
start - but alas there is nothing there.

I would guess that this page got lost in a shuffle at some point.  Any 
ideas?
