Good question. I think only Dries can edit the Features page, and I
don't know where the original page went. I looked around the Admin
Guide a bit, and I can't even tell where it might go. I would think
that these major features would have equivalent sections in the
Handbook. So, either under the "Drupal modules and features", or at
the top of the Admin Guide labeled "Performance and Scalability".

Searching for scalability doesn't turn up anything in the handbook, so
andre, why don't you go ahead and write up a top page and placing it
in one of the sections I suggested. Dries will have to edit the
Features page to point to what you come up with.
