[drupal-docs] A few other bad links in the Handbook

I've also come upon a few other bad links in the Handbook..

In the Module Developer's Guide:

    * Introduction to Drupal modules ( drupal.org/node/292 )
      "API documentation" link goes to a non-existent page
    * Drupal's page serving mechanism ( drupal.org/node/10858 )
      "index.php" link goes to a non-existent page
    * Drupal's menu building mechanism ( drupal.org/node/10901 )
      "documentation" link goes to a non-existent page.

In the General Information section:

    * Feature overview ( drupal.org/features )
      Under "Role based permission system" the "detailed information"
      link goes to a non-existent page.
