[drupal-docs] Installing, Upgrading, and Creating a Test-Site with only phpMyAdmin and an FTP client

No need to thank me. The tutorial is great, and I have to teach someone 
how to do an upgrade to their site in the next week or so. You just made 
my life much easier :)
