For advanced users, a tutorial on upgrading via CVS might be useful.  
This is a much better/easier of being able to keep a site up to date,  
especially contrib modules that have changes applied over time.

And yes, I know CVS is a pain in the ass.

Actually, this is not so much "upgrading" as it is keeping up to date.
